Aideen Kane produces award winning television.

Her work spans documentary, factual entertainment and formatted television programming. She collaborates with both individuals and complex organisations; managing budgets ranging from $25,000 to $2,500,000.

Aideen’s core strength is her ability to engage the personalities, relationships and dynamics of multiple stakeholders through the iterative process of production; irrespective of scale.

She balances the non-linear creative process with the business and mechanisms of production; finding stories and narratives, developing appropriate funding models and connecting the output with large scale target audiences.

She has broad experience working with both high-profile onscreen subjects and those completely unfamiliar with the process of television and film.

Aideen began her career in Boston at ENVISION; a boutique production company delivering a wide range of media solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Aideen then relocated to New York where she worked with Emmy winning and nominated directors, including Michael Moore, Ellen Weissbrod and Zuzana Justman and television personalities such as Ruby Wax on a a variety of programming for several of the major television networks; HBO, A&E, CBS, BRAVO & Channel 4.

Since 2004 Aideen has also independently produced several IFTA (Irish Film and Television Academy) award winning documentaries and television series for several Irish-based international television networks including RTE, Tg4 and Setanta Sports.
